About Kerry

Kerry has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and was the owner of Orlando Fit Body Boot Camp for 10 years before she sold her bootcamp and decided to pursue triathlon coaching full time, she still does personal training on her own along with coaching. She has an extensive background in exercise fitness, nutritional coaching, fat loss, personal training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), injury prevention, and exercise programming.

She began her fitness journey as a Division 1 Collegiate sprinter at East Carolina University where she ran the 400m. After college she pursued distance running and shortly after fell in love with the sport of triathlon.

A few of Kerry’s highlights from the 2021 season are:

- 2nd Overall finish Augusta 70.3 with a 4:27 (Qualified professional license and 10th place among pro field)

- 2nd Overall finish North Carolina 70.3

- Fastest OA female bike split at Augusta 70.3 and North Carolina 70.3

- Sommer Sports Sprint Series - Undefeated female second year in a row, placing among top 3-5 out of men in every race.

- Kona Qualifier on her first Ironman at Ironman Florida

Kerry will be competing in Kona in 2022 as well as 70.3 World Championships in Utah along with a few other 70.3 races and some shorter distance races! She is continuing to race as an age grouper for the 2022 season.
